A STEM social initiative which aims to teach robotics to children from undeserved backgrounds, through a series of innovative and interactive methods.
EXPLOREThe knowledge of the limitless possibilities in the world of robotics is not readily accessible to all. Project WIRED, which stands for “Wandering Into Robotics Education” aims to aid children in their explorations of this fantastical world.
Our mission is to bridge the educational gap. And provide equal opportunities to all children, regardless of their background or prior exposure to coding and robotics. Through a multitude of novel participatory techniques, we educate these students to develop robotics-based solutions to overcome local challenges. We have been working with children through various NGOs since 2021, to improve robotics education within the underprivileged communities.
Jai Gupta, a high school student of Step by Step School, New Delhi; has a strong passion for robotics since he was in grade 4. His desire to give back to the society and especially to empower children; led him to envision Project WIRED.
Know MoreAutomation has been one of humanity's most ambitious goals. The need of making things possible with minimal effort, to sit back and relax, and see the mechanics unfold. Robotics is one of the greatest turns which automation has taken since its inception. There are robots being used in industries, in hospitals, in people’s homes, and even on Mars! Thus, it is clear, the future is robotic, and the future calls for makers.
Know MoreWe would love to hear from you – especially if you have ideas on how we can improve the cause. Or tell us if we are going wrong somewhere – we take criticism with a pinch of salt. Please fill up the form to reach out to us or if you would like to contribute by either volunteering to teach / donate a small amount for purchase of a robotic kit.
